INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of cashews, soaked in really hot water for at least 10 minutes
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp white miso paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
METHOD:
- Soak the cashews for at least 10 minutes in really hot water.
- Drain them then add them to a high-speed blender with the other ingredients & blend well until smooth.
- Store it in the fridge for up to a week. I like to double up on the recipe so I can use it for 2 recipes. You can use it in sweet and savory dishes for a delicious creamy taste and texture!
