INGREDIENTS:
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
- 14 oz artichoke hearts, chopped
- 8 oz vegan cream cheese
- 1/4 cup vegan sour cream
- 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 cup vegan Mozzarella cheese shreds
- 1/4 cup vegan Parmesan cheese shreds
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients together & stir to incorporate well. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy warm with your favorite chips or pita.
