Ⓥ Spinach & Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 8 oz vegan cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup vegan sour cream
  • 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 cup vegan Mozzarella cheese shreds
  • 1/4 cup vegan Parmesan cheese shreds
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
METHOD:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients together & stir to incorporate well. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy warm with your favorite chips or pita.
